exactly, we don't like them cause they're hot, we like them because they know what we want, we want universal basic income, universal healthcare, free school lunches, free childcare, we want people who care, and from what I've seen, that is almost always younger people, sure Bernie Sanders exists, but he's an outlier (and imo, not far left enough) we want people who listen to us, and know what we want, not people who ignore us, and pretend to know what we want, like the majority of the Democrats in office now, hell, that video alone SHOWS that they aren't listening.

yes everything you said has merit but shes not wrong. this has been proven over and over since JFK. Charisma and ability to connect to voters matters much more than pure pen and paper policy. the whole "i could have a beer with him" thing that they try to pull off is because it works especially during primaries where differences of policy can be very small

There is something that’s very clear, when it comes to how politics is right now, corporate Democrats need to read the room when it comes to people like Abdul El Sayed, Mamdani, AOC and what the people are saying with their vote, or get out of the way. It’s no longer time for them to be comfortable having a position of elected office and continuing to be bought off.
