Tried this. Got more accomplished, and went beyond what was expected. Deadline came, and I got nothing. Asked to follow trough, and got shut down the same as if I walked in and simply asked for a raise. It puts you in a spot where you work harder for free, with no guarantee to get paid more for it. Then what? Quit? Or go back to what you were doing before? Then you will never get a raise ever again, because now “you’re quiet quitting”….

This is the cold hard no BS TRUTH! Ppl in high paying positions of power will feed you BS to make you think your going where you want to go,work harder and you will get that raise or promotion.The truth is your a threat to that person's position and financial way of life and they will do whatever thats legal or in there power to keep you below them thats the NO BS TRUTH! IF your not working for yourself or have a really good degree you aint ever gonna be where you want to be in life,the working harder line doesn't work anymore its a nice fantasy line to tell yourself and others,Work smarter not harder,that line is where its at now folks get on the train or keep getting fed the BS thats facts💯
