The “dark web” isn’t a place you go to, it’s just a blanket term that applies to websites that aren’t indexed by normal search engines. Could there be some shady stuff out there? Sure but it’s a shot in the dark to land somewhere you’re not supposed to. The illegal stuff that’s available through links on the wiki are almost always FBI honeypots: traps designed to lure potential criminals. It’s not some evil side of the internet, it’s stuff in plain sight unless you know what you’re looking for
