This is her 3rd pregnancy so the "wrinkles" could be stretch marks from previous pregnancies. The Internet is weird every now & then they decide a celebrity is wearing a fake baby bump they did this Beyonce.

Tall people have such an easier time being pregnant and having a bump like this is normal. I’m over 6ft and didn’t look much different. It’s not because we’re in shape or faking it it’s just that we are bigger so we have more space.

Also not her first baby! Her skin has already stretched to accommodate a full term baby twice! The skin loose elasticity after being stretched so tight for a long time.
