I’m crying for the love they had for each other. I think of how I don’t even treat my man like she does. It hurts me in a way I can’t explain. I love him but he’s I don’t even know. Im bawling now.

This tells us all how strong Jackie was she didn'tfeel well numerous times during her adventures but preserved so when she went off that day for her last she knew she was not well but went to get fish for the babies! She did not have the strength to fly home especially after the altercation. So her illness just wasn't sudden it had been going on for awhile! It seemed she lost alot of her energy when her first set of eggs were destroyed by ravens and they were devastated but she laid another set which was Sandy and Luna and that took a lot out of her because medically I don't think she was real well then! Jackie God bless you you put Love in all of our hearts and because of you all nature in your area now belongs to you and all to never be afraid that nests and habitats will be destroyed or taken! So Jackie you did good work on earth so rest my beauty!!🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅

I can not look at these photo’s of them anymore. I am crying now again. I just wish they could have been together one more time. She knew she was sick and didn’t want him to know. Enjoy the rest of your life shadow and carry on. This is all to much. Thanks for the memories and all the love you two showed us. Never be a better table couple like you

I will remember what Jackie Taught me..Her Wisdom on knowing where the best fish were, Her Patience and Nourtouring side with her babies, Her comical side when she did wonky coming in for a landing , Her Creativity when it came to Stick rearranging, Her Loving side with Shadow and cuddles, Her fierceness when it came to chasing ravens, and let's not forget her love for Feeeesssshhhh! I feel Shadow knew she was sick that day they sat over in tree for hours I think these eagles are so smart and kd1 just shows up it’s just all so amazing to see how this journey has gone I will forever miss our Jackie 🥲♥️🦅

bald eagles generally mate for life. They stay with the same partner year after year until one partner dies or if they fail to raise chicks repeatedly. If an eagle loses its mate, it will usually look for a new one for the next breeding season
