I have had that feeling of not caring if I died, but I didn't actively want to harm myself. So this may not necessarily be suicidal ideation. Mind you that's just my experience.

That is infuriating. She did everything right. Far more than most people. The fact that none of these individuals had a single technique to teach her on how to deal with intrusive thoughts, anxiety, or depression is appalling. That is the purpose of their field. If you do not have techniques to assist peoplewith this, you don’t have a practice.

What can they do if they do believe her? We lack so much in places that can accommodate that. What can they do but maybe section her for 3 days? They aren’t even allowed to tell anyone how bad it is because of HIPPA.
