No, but a band of Goblins or Kobalds that have seen the party in action once and dedicate themselves to playing epic theme music for the party's adventures without the party's concent and lacking any and all social awareness sounds like a hilarious antagonistic force for the party. Trying to convince the king to not behead you and the rest of the party over a mistake? Kobald band shows up and just starts playing. Now the party also has to explain why they know what's going on without having direct involvement in making it happen, get everyone to believe them and still deal with the mistake, lol. I like it.
