My lease ends in December, and our upstairs neighbors have made it their mission to not allow us to have one peaceful moment in our apartment. I need out desperately, I have a baby and I'm my mother's caregiver.. It's hell living in this place. 😔

Property Manager here....that's not true. Apartments are lowering rents and offering more concessions. Q4(Oct-Dec) are our slow season typically but lately its all year long. In Az, almost all Apartments are lowering rents and offering concessions. Some are offering up to 10 weeks free and it hits your first official month of paying rent.
