They swear quick weaves are horrible but quick weaves are so much less tension on your hair helping your hair to actually grow better. Sew ins are so much tension causing the hair to break off most times. And Just how you can scratch your hair with a rat tail comb with a sew in you can do the exact same this a quick weave.

They BOTH can cause breakage. There is no need for a debate on this bc any hairstyle that is NOT your hair can cause breakage. The same way that individual braids & cornrow braids both can cause breakage. One is not better than other tbr

I like my sew-ins. I can wash them, they grow my hair, last longer, look better and no glue. I’m not ever getting no quick weave, I’ve heard so many horror stories of them ruining pls hair to the point they had to get a full chop. No thanks baby I pay too much for my bundles to put glue on them.
