I wouldn’t just go off people recommending shoes that work for them because everyone’s feet and running style are different. If you’re new to running and worried about injury, I’d get a gait analysis first so you can see how you run and choose a shoe that actually suits you 🙌🏾good luck!!

Do your gait analysis first before you buy any shoes. Runners need this, and Sports Direct does it for you without any charge. They will see if you are overpronating and what shoes best suit your running abilities. Running is the best thing you could do. Inshallah, it goes well good luck.
