hi I come from an extra large Italian family and I've seen more baby bumps than an OBGYN Italians like to have a lot of babies and I can tell you for a burning fact that I have never seen a baby bump look like that and I even googled baby bumps to make sure and not one image on Google looks like that either but you know what images on Google do look like that Google fake baby bump or Moon bump because they look a lot alike she can try to lie and try to convince whoever the hell she wants to but as somebody who's seen her entire family friends and other people pregnant she is not she's probably got a surrogate somewhere
