A lot of you are saying this isn’t affordable so I went to the website. Would it work for every student family, no. I personally am a single mom of 5 the limit is 3 kids. However everything else is completely affordable if you go to the website you will see exactly what your 1800 is covering. The major one is PG&E is included! My bill last month alone was 500 as well as free water. The units come furnished there’s a microwave swimming pool, housekeeping and maintenance. 24 hour customer service desk a fitness center computer lab Wi-Fi. All of this is included in your 1800. There’s an ice machine, barbecue area, volleyball court, community programs and events. I didn’t think you should look into it before you guys say 1800 is outrageous because you can’t get all of this for 1800.

You better either LOWER the prices Bec so called “affordable” housing is not affordable to some students I am not a Fresno State student but if I was and I was deeply struggling I would be upset Bec why market it saying affordable student housing this is genuinely ridiculous if you guys really cared about students you would make these apartments $800 to maybe $900 or start programs for some students I don’t think this was the appropriate way @Fresno State
