@paulinareitman: Cottage cheese chicken meatballs * 1 pack of ground chicken * 1 egg * 1/4–1/2 cup breadcrumbs * 1/2 chopped onion * Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder * 1 big can of crushed tomatoes * A little spoon of sugar * Basil leaves * hot honey Instructions: —> in a box mix chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, and spices —> form into little meatballs —> in a saucepan with olive oil (make sure the pan is really hot so they don’t stick) add the meatballs on medium/high heat and cook on both sides until golden brown —> once browned, add in the tomato sauce and a little bit of water, add a little sugar, basil, more salt and pepper —> bring to a boil, and then bring to a simmer —> the longer it simmers, the more the flavor. —> After about an hour, serve with a scoop of cottage cheese, parm cheese, basil, and drizzle hot honey #meatball #dinnerrecipes #healthydinner #wellness #cookwithme
