@modern_floki: Herbal tea When it comes to supporting healthy cortisol levels, calming the nervous system and helping the body step out of a constant stress response can make a meaningful difference. This herbal combination brings together gentle nervines and adaptogenic support traditionally used to promote relaxation, resilience and a healthier response to everyday stress. Chamomile herbal tea — A deeply calming nervine traditionally used to ease nervous tension and encourage relaxation. Chamomile may support the body’s stress response and restful sleep, both of which are closely connected to healthy cortisol regulation. Lemon Balm herbal tea — Known for its soothing effect during periods of stress, restlessness and mental overstimulation. Lemon balm may help encourage a calmer nervous system and support a more balanced physiological response to stress. Lavender herbal tea — Aromatic and relaxing, lavender is traditionally used to reduce feelings of tension and promote a sense of calm. Its relaxing properties can be especially useful when stress makes it difficult for the body and mind to settle. Rosebuds & Petals herbal tea — Gentle, aromatic and traditionally associated with emotional wellness. Rose can help create a calming ritual while supporting relaxation during periods of emotional tension and everyday stress. Tulsi herbal tea — Often called Holy Basil, Tulsi is an adaptogenic herb traditionally used to help the body adapt to physical and emotional stress. It may support a healthier stress response and help maintain balanced cortisol activity rather than simply forcing cortisol downward. Together, these herbs create a calming, adaptogenic blend designed to support the nervous system, encourage relaxation and help the body better regulate its response to chronic everyday stress — especially when that “always on” feeling makes it difficult to unwind. #herbaltea #modern_floki #herbalmedicine #herbalremedies #herbal

now I love these combinations but where can I get tea that just has like lemon balm and it doesn't contain other additives like I'm allergic to apples and peaches and I find that a lot of the loose leaf has these fruits in them

serious question what if I suffer from three different things like high cortisol, sleep issues and chest issues like a phlegmy cough due to allergies do I just drink three separate teas a day or is there one tea to rule them all?
