@fakieart: In 2017 I couldn’t paint my own face. Not for lack of trying. I watched every tutorial I could find, followed every step, and it still came out wrong. Grey. Flat. Like somebody took a white face and turned the brightness down. Took me years to figure out why. Everything I was learning from was built on skin that wasn’t mine. The rules were real. They just wasn’t written for this. So I started over. Anatomy first, then the color logic, then how light actually behave on skin this dark. Wrote it all down and posted it in Portuguese, cuz that was the language I had. That post went further than I was ready for. Adobe reposted it. Domestika saw it and that turned into a whole course. Four years later, here it is in English. The version I wish somebody had made for me.
