What Hello Games has done with NMS is what bigger companies should take note of. The game wasn’t what was promised at launch, but they turned around and dedicated themselves to making it better, to make it what was promised and then some. After everything they went through with this game flopping at launch, lawsuits, and mass refunds, they continued to work on it and make it better without charging anyone an extra penny. This is something that big studios need to learn from, that just because a game flops doesn’t mean they should just give up on it, they should work on improving it!
