I use AI to tailor resumes for my job search since it takes forever to do that manually. They get to use AI to screen me out and now this crap. If they use this to auto reject resumes I'll be furious.

Yes. It will be in the word choice itself, so you cant just paste it into a notepad. You would have to heavily edit the text. They also say it will detect it if it proofs the work. Idk that will work, but basically if you dont want to be known for using ai, its back to writing everything by hand.

But it’s so easy to get around this , no? Just insert Claude output in another ai tool and ask for a small tweak then just use that. Job done, lol 😅
