I think she had Purely Obsessional OCD which caused her intrusive thoughts . She was so obsessed about that babies nap schedule right down to the minute. All she wrote about was feeling like she failed being perfect and everything being perfect. I think that drove her Major Depressive Disorder. She had both conditions . I think the OCD thoughts just took over her mind and she lost it . She wrote she wasn’t connected to the 2 oldest kids and the youngest was problematic.I’m sure she had some symptoms of Purely OCD when she was younger and after pregnancies and stress it got a lot worse .

was on it for two weeks, got extreme anxiety and could only sleep for couple of hours every night. My psychiatrist told me to stop and that "medication is just not for me" bcus every other antidepressant would probably cause severe side effects for me too. this made me so sad... 😔 we only tried one, but I know im sensitive for medication. but i wish we cld try something else

What are the dosages of these that you recommend? Are these helpful for ADHD related depression and anxiety as well? I’m also on Concerta but feel like my depression and anxiety aren’t well controlled just with that.
