It’s not the fact that you don’t want a barn cat, it’s the fact that you repeatedly state how much you are paying. I love Maine coons, have always had Siamese. I’ve spent that on my Corso, but I don’t advertise the price I paid.

So when you buy your house, people will ask “how much did you pay” I have never understood why they ask but they do…imagine how many people you could have helped instead of buying your house…NOT…if you want to buy a 10,000 cat that’s your money…you earned it, you spend it where you want…when you started on here you helped so many people (me for 1) with their dentures..I hope you get everything you want in life…

We live once that’s it get what you want.We have two cats that came from the shelter and we adore them.Neutered and indoor babies.But then I have very exspensive dogs because that’s what I wanted.Be happy girl do what you want.Im waiting for pics of your new baby super excited.

I have purebred Doll Faced Persians. I will be the first to say I WILL NEVER have another “barn or stray cat” again. I have had cats my whole life and until you have a purebred cat you don’t get it ! I can assure you my cats nor any of their “realtives” are contributing to the problem of too many cats. You rarely will find a purebred papered cat in a shelter or on the streets. My cats feet have never touched outside ground.

exactly you are getting a purebred Maine coon to then become an ethical breeder yourself doing all of that work yourself too. it's insane people don't understand that when you're putting in all this work it's not free it comes at a cost but you are producing a ethically bread cat or dog and preserving the breed and it's standards
