She may not have even harmed her children and was possibly made to think she did kill them by her husband by him possibly drugging her and with her fragile mindset was made to believe she did it! She could have been in a dream like state and thinks she really did it but it very well could be her ex husband who actually did it.

I’ve been disgusted. We’re just about every medical professional they brought up except one nurse there was no urgency in her care. I think she was dangerously over medicated and they should have had her inpatient long before this happened. She never should’ve been left alone with the children.
