LET’S FOLLOW THE BOATS — HYPOTHETICALLY The Sea Tow call was made by a teen on the distressed boat at about 4 p.m. The caller said the bilge pump had stopped working, the boat was sinking, and that everyone was on board — approximately seven people. He gave Sea Tow the boat’s GPS coordinates. The call also contains the name Bart being called out during the emergency. We also know from the accounts being reported that Bart was operating a separate boat and came over to assist the distressed vessel. So, hypothetically, we have to ask: What if the boats came alongside each other? What if Nolan was helping with the situation or helping connect the boats? What if Nolan then ended up on Bart’s boat? And what if that could explain why Nolan was not seen with the group when the distressed boat left? I am NOT saying this happened. I am saying this is a scenario that can be tested. The question becomes very simple: WHERE WAS BART’S BOAT BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER THE SEA TOW CALL? Where was the distressed boat? What do the GPS records show? Who was actually visible on each boat? Were there photographs, videos, phone-location records or witnesses that establish Nolan’s location at the point the boats came together? Because if Nolan transferred boats, even temporarily, that could fundamentally change the timeline of where he was last seen. And if he DIDN’T transfer boats, the evidence should be able to establish that too. This isn't about accusing Bart. It's about accounting for Nolan's movements minute by minute. Follow the boats. Follow the evidence. Then let the facts tell us what happened.
