This short trail in Val di Non takes you from the apple orchards around Tassullo straight down into the Santa Giustina Canyon … and suddenly it feels like you’ve stepped into a completely different world 😲… Crystal-clear water, huge rock walls on both sides and so much green everywhere… honestly, parts of this place felt straight out of a fairytale. 🌿✨ 📍 Our route • 🥾 ~3 km • ⛰️ ~100 m elevation gain • ⏱️ ~1.5 hours • 🔄 Circular hike • 🚉 Start: Tassullo train station ⚠️ Good to know before you go: • The trail starts near Tassullo train station and first leads through the apple orchards before descending into the canyon. • Down in the canyon, you’re surrounded by steep rock walls, lush green forest and incredibly clear water. • One of the highlights along the route is the old Santa Giustina Hermitage. From here, you also get a beautiful view into the gorge, framed by the steep cliffs and all the surrounding greenery. 🌿 For me, this is exactly the kind of hike that’s perfect to add to a road trip through Trentino … short, easy to fit into the day and still completely different from what you might expect. 🙌 Looking for even more places to explore in Val di Non?
