When I got into IT I only had a Google certificate. The company used Google workspace so it was relevant and got me the job. Not always about certs, it’s about the person and why they applying.

The A+ is higher than C tier because it establishes a foundation of knowledge. We have too many unqualified people trying to jump straight to the money without knowing the basics. Quit trashing it because it’s not instant big money.
