Brush a little olive oil around the crust before baking for extra colour and crunch. Bake Preheat your oven with a pizza steel inside for at least 45 minutes. Bake at 290°C (550°F) for 8 minutes, or until the crust is deeply golden and the cheese is bubbling and lightly browned.
