Have you ever been to Barb’s in Lockhart? In addition to the BBQ, which is amazing, she makes this green spaghetti which is spaghetti in a poblano cream sauce. And it is so good. And the first thing I thought was what if we made chicken spaghetti with a cream of poblano instead of or in addition to a cream of chicken?!?! I think it would be so good!
