Legionella incubation period is 2-10 days. It sounds like you’re well and it’s maybe been over 10 days but watch out for respiratory issues if it hasn’t been 10 days.

I remember the big outbreak of legionnaires in 1976, I know they first thought it was swine flu, I was a kid and just gotten over a really bad case of swine flu. But the outbreak in philly made 221 people sick and 💀 34 people attending a convention. It was caused by a rooftop air conditioner cooling tower that the bacteria thrived in and spread by an aerosolized mist in the lobby and surrounding streets.
