Do the shake test again.. But go side to side and not back n front like you did there. . I seen that went you went to stand up or shake it to the side it slipped but the video stopped

There you go, plastic screws meant to break if too much pressure is put, is bad. Put metal in there that way any pressure goes straight into the porcelain and cracks the whole toilet
