I have it, so i will give some "thoughts/info" ; in my case it depends on how I'm doing it changes severity how it shows thanks stressors [like migraines, mental stressors, changes in the inflammation in my body, how i'm after a epileptic-event end more ]. as someone who lives it every day (i'm moderate 70% of the time in base line) i agree with the research and I'm convinced it's caused by hyperactivation of the occipital lobe because of my medical history. this is not a thing for everyone but my neuro talks about this disorder as more as symptom of a much bigger situation.

i reckon i might have this but im not sure, cause if i do have it its very mild 😭😭 everything looks kinda vaguely spotted at day, but its full on static at night/in the dark which i believe is normal yeah?

I have that too, its very mild but it confuses me sometimes and I just see random stuff sometimes which float around, especially when I'm just staring into nothing, or when I stare into nothing it turns more red and blue, especially at night, I didn't know this was unusual!
