a good amount of my family are only happy when they're winning and it pisses me off so bad because they get so mean like first of all you're grown enough to not be throwing tantrums and second of all it's a game there is no reason to be that mean it kills my vibe so hard I like can't play games with them they make it so awful

whenever i find myself getting angry about losing a game i think about this ninja tweet. which then makes me laugh and giggle and stop being angry because i would rather not be like ninja. my other tactic is expressing my frustration in the most cringe way possible. that also makes me laugh and feel better. it's all about finding simple, healthy ways to make you feel better 💛
