Yall don’t want to hear it, but dating apps have changed a lot. They’re doing this because women simply don’t message anymore unless he’s truly an outlier. This loses men who think they can potentially change her mind with a message (he can’t) but he’ll keep paying which is what the apps run on (thirsty hopeless men)

Bumble had a report or statement that when they messaged guys or made the first move they wouldn’t get messages back or get ignored. That is why they changed it. They want guys to make the first move because they couldn’t handle the rejection so they passed it back to men.
