@ray5.x: Let’s cook & yappp 🤍 Mongolian beef edition 🥢 Trying something a little different today! good food and a little word at the same time😜 Anywayyyy here’s the recipe Mongolian Beef 🥩 500g beef, thinly sliced Cornflour Soy sauce Oyster sauce Honey Garlic Spring onions Black pepper White pepper Chilli flakes Oil for frying Coat the beef in baking powder, cornflour and seasonings and fry on high heat until crispy and browned. Remove from the pan, then add your glaze. Use oyster sauce, soy sauce, Chili flakes, pepper, all purpose, garlic puree and honey and let the sauce reduce until glossy and sticky.
