Morgan Isobella Hase :
My first pregnancy and second were SO different. First time round was a little boy but during Covid, a strange time expecting the worst but had the most amazing pregnancy albeit alone a lot. My second pregnancy with my little girl, completely different. It took a year to conceive (compared to 30 days with my first) by this point i was getting ready to call it a day. I had just got my freedom back, my little boy being at school etc, it scared me knowing what was coming, the hormone shifts, money struggles, losing myself a little bit. I struggled as I wanted another baby so much but found myself in two minds for a REALLY long time up to the cut off date for that decision. I most definitely had prepartum depression, but I was so scared to admit it to health care professionals incase they treated me differently, even my fiance didn’t know the full extent, confided in my best friend completely. This pregnancy was awful, sickness, carpal tunnel, my hormones and mental health was all over the place. I don’t have a relationship with my mum anymore, and I couldn’t get it out of my head that it might end up like that for myself and my daughter. However, THE moment I birthed that gorgeous baby girl, it all left. Everything clicked into place, my hormones have shifted completely all the worry, panic attacks etc felt like they just released. By far she was the best decision ever. I really hope you start to feel better soon, please don’t worry and just make sure you are honest with the people that mean the most to you 🩷🩷 most of all be kind to yourself, pregnancy is the toughest job of all and nobody can tell you otherwise xxx
