Clinical trials don’t necessarily mean last resort. In fact, some of them are first lines of treatment. My husband has been stable for 2 years thanks to a trial that we joined as soon as the mets were discovered. All the best to you!

I’m in the same lung cancer boat, non smoker. I always get on here and check on you. I have scans at the end of the month and I’m already full of dread and stress. I’m much older than you but I’m trying to beat the odds too.

Have you tried Nuvalent? I may have spelled that wrong. I think it’s in clinical trial now but my oncologist said it should be approved and available in November. Best of wishes from an alkie lung cancer patient as well.
