@nicolejohnseyburke: Got a dm from @hormozi this weekend so that was fun If you’re sick of only two options too, I’m teaching you all the steps to do the 3rd option in the Biz 36 challenge 36 lessons to go from dream to business with me over 6 weeks 1000 women are on the waitlist so this tells me this is something more than a few of us want #mom #womenover40 #womensupportingwomen #entrepreneur
Sadly, not everybody can afford to do this or else many more of us probably would have. I am a high school teacher though, so I was able to be home with our 3 kids every summer and all of the holiday breaks. I was the breadwinner because I have a Master’s degree yet when our kids were very young, I was still paying for my masters degree because I was still in the program while teaching full-time. I make almost three times what my husband makes and yet we still needed both incomes to pay for our mortgage, etc. back when our kids were younger. I’m going to assume that your husband made pretty good money and that’s why you were able to stay home.

I did this too! 🙌🏽 I told my husband I need to be home with our kid until they are in school. I waited til 1st only because K is half day. He’s 9… and ahead in school. I’m an engineer.

I’m so glad I planned for my maternity. I was able to stay home for as long as I wanted for ME. I pick him up at 3:15 when he wakes up from his 2 hour nap. In theory, I only leave him for 5 hours at school. I’m off all summer and we do everything together.

I worked 3 days a week 12hrs a day so I can have 4 days of working on the kids foundation 0-5. God blessed me with the opportunity to do this! But it’s very important to find a role that can accommodate. Now, only work 12 days out of the month so I can ensure they are getting what they need.

Well, that’s a great advice, I learned that hard way, I realized when I had my kid, I landed up selling my private dental practice, worked part-time! I have no regrets 🤣🤣🤣

Love your posts. Random side note, love the necklace style, is that 2 necklaces together or one?

Being home raising my kids is something that I will never regret. Mine are now 20/19/18/12 and I'm still home as I homeschool our youngest.

so I'm curious how many women in their child bearing years you happen your company and I would like to see your maternity policy for them and then I'd actually like to hear from them directly without them looking like their fearful of getting fired period
