Just speak to them privately and politely and say, “I think you may need to replenish your deodorant and perfume.” They’ll understand what you mean without you having to tell them outright that they smell. Anything communicated respectfully, professionally, and in private—without embarrassing someone in front of others—is far more likely to be received in the right spirit.
