What about when I turn my wheel (front driver) it pops and clicks. No matter if I’m pulling straight or backing out. It’s the worst when I turn my steering wheel to the left

I just got my front shocks/struts replaced and it makes a popping sound on occasion why? I’ve brought it back to get checked multiple times and even got the strut replaced again and it still pops, is that normal?
