We all got the flu 😷😭 Including my daughter who is chronically ill. •negative comments deleted •obviously I wasn’t going to submit my chili In the cook off when my daughter threw up- this literally ALL happened within a few hours and I had prepped the chili in advance so I had to finish it, atleast for our dinner 🤷🏽‍♀️ •please do not come at me for calling the “flu” not a stomach bug or influenza or whatever. It’s literally a word that describes how we were feeling symptom wise. Did we all test for it? No. Do we know what it felt like? Yes. Fever. Chills. Weak muscles. Runny nose. Cough. Throwing up. Loose stools. The whole 9 yards. My heart goes out to those who have had worse symptoms and ended up in more intensive care and treatment.
