Read Verity. Everyone hates on Colleen Hoover books but a lot of them arguably get me out of reading slumps. Verity is a book I still think about 4 years later. I read it in under a day. Legit couldn’t put it down.

Yes lol. She has some good ones but most of them are romance so depends on what you’re in. I’ve read all the ones that were turned into movies (before they were even talked about as movies!) I guess just her most popular ones

So 100% read it. It’s always a top rec for me. I LOVED IT. loved. 6 stars. There was an alleged theory going around that she hired a ghost writer… I don’t have an opinion or theory on that but I WILL say it’s completely different than her other books. I don’t mind her other books. Not 5 star reads but def not 1/2 stars. Verity is a book I think about often. It’s been a while since I read it but I remember it was one of the first books I had to put down and process a few times throughout

Verity is arguably her only good book. It feels like every book since then, was trying to live up to the Verity hype and it failed. Verity is so worth the read!
