This would never happen in Canada. Each doctor has to log in to the system where they can see the entire medical history and the list of drugs

To boost up the dosage of such an intense medication that quickly while she is not in inpatient care, while not making an effort to receive her medical records or contact her current or recent providers is negligence at best.

That is one of the major issues with the psychiatrist, I’ve worked for them for eight years and the same thing they do not wanna talk to any of their other doctors and it’s some of them don’t even want their records. My last one didn’t even want a list of the medication’s that they were taking only the ones that were prescribed by that one particular provider so yes, this is a big problem.

I am prescribed 25-75 mg to sleep after losing my daughter. When I take 3 I get such realistic nightmares it sends me into a dark depression or a few days. I’m crying to think what 300 mg would do. This is horrific

I had a breast lumpectomy. My Dr was waiting to hear back from another Dr to be sure the margins were clear. After a couple of weeks she decides to remove the breast completely because she hasn't heard back from that other Dr. That Dr was on VACATION!!! You seriously didn't make additional calls to find out why you weren't hearing from them??? Remove my breast because the referral Dr didn't call back? Luckily she heard from the Dr. 2 days before the surgery! You've got to be careful with the medical field. Don't trust anyone!!!
