Tax accountant here, doesnt work. When you start an LLC of your name, you've created a separate entity with a separate tax number (EIN) with two different tax returns to be filed 👍

When I did collections people would do those and not pay their rent for the whole lease and when we would have to collect it wouldn’t be able to credit report because it’s a “business” not an actual person

The better con is to open a religious institution (church, mosque, temple, etc.) and register your car and house under the institution. They are tax exempt. Of course, you have to have meetings and do charity work in the community. Don’t do this unless you are a legit religious institution.

also, start a Trust, in a secure state, put ALL your assets in that trust.. even life insurance.. then open up LLC under trust.. pay out your LLC .. collect in your Trust... just saying..
