Have you been able to run all the programs needed for engineering with your Lenovo yoga slim 7i aura edition? I bought one and I’m worried I won’t be able to run some of the softwares because it doesn’t have a dedicated graphics card. Besides that my specs are all identical- 32 gb rams, 1tb storage, intel ultra 7 258v, etc

i have a question i’m wondering if u can help! i’ve been looking for a laptop for mechE for the past month and it’s been rlly difficult. idk if i rlly need a graphics card or not, everything with the nvidia graphics card is literally so expensive and also a gamer laptop. my budget is like 1400/1500 and everything’s also super ugly and bulky as well. i’m not into gamer laptops. i’ve heard a lot of talk around the lenovo yoga pro and slim 7i ones and im wondering if they’re good even if they don’t have the graphics card? i’m about to be a junior in mechE.

older intel like 14gen are good too but only if you get HX versions but your battery life will suck. performance is great but thats the only pro lol
