I think the hard thing is not how much space we need it’s how much people expect us to pay because the price of living is out of this world and nobody can afford to move into houses like the one you’re standing in. I live in Longview and I’ve been living in country run apartments for 19 years because I can’t afford to live anywhere else even though this is the crappies place to live in all of Lexington but either way.

What’s crazy is from 1946-2016 (70 years) the house went up to $117k…. But from 2016-2026 (10years) it’s gone up to now 300k 😅😅😅.

@mw74335:my son just bout a 900 sq ft house, 2 ba/2 ba, detached garage and a huge fully fenced yard- that is a 6 ft wood fence. original hardwood floors. cute place! he paid $262,500. That would be a comp to this house. That house is just around the corner from him as he is on Dover just off 3oth. Always look at your comps people.
