Now let me tell you about my morning. 🔥 I was meeting with reps at their booth about bringing their products to our community, hopefully at BWSL. So I was working — and while I was working, I asked my lead coach to hold it down. And she did. We did a quick run-through this morning, less than 20 minutes. Something in my spirit told me to prep her, and who knew it was because she'd be interviewing a man who has sat across from some of the most prolific figures of our time. What a lesson in leadership. Hire well, invest in your people, and watch them fly so you can soar. Don't hire great people and keep them hidden. Hire people of high character — because when the spotlight comes, it isn't just on you. It's on your team. This is the season of us being elevated. She's our full-time lead coach, and I was SO FREAKING PROUD watching her interview and coach all morning. She's been crushing it.
