This woman is not goth, by the way. She's dressing gothic as an aesthetic, but being goth is an indentity and it has its own beliefs. Political mostly- what exactly? To be yourself, challenge the norms with crazy looking outfits, because many people think that goth aesthetic is crazy/satanic, to accept people, no racism, no homophobia and most importandly to not support heavy problematic brands. What exactly are problematic brands? Nowdays good example is shien and temu because they're both ultra fast fashion brands, using child labor, unethic sources of materials, abuse on workers, unsafe work environment, ect... Or makeup brands that test on animals and other things. Her outfit? It's pure fast fashion. She's dressing slightly darker, gothically but oversexualizes the goth community. Yes, goth looks did form from fetish clothing, there's even a substyle fetish goth... But she's not even that. She's just making actual goths look bad and cringe. Why? Her actions. The pitched voice, childlike baiting pedophilia and worse. That's why the goth community rejects her. Anyway, that's all i could think of, peace✌️
