Raccoons are relatively close to wide spread domestication. This lil guy just needs a snack. Not his fault we destroyed his habitat and now our trash is the easiest and most plentiful source of food for him. I do get concern over risk of rabies, but it’s highly unlikely this dude was causing any big problem. Live and let live, he didn’t ask to be here any more than we did
