Having kids in ur mid to late 30’s is dangerous. Many more complications for mother and baby. Late teens to early 20’s is physically the best time for women. Mental maturity and financial stability is a whole other conversation.

I agree late 30s to 40s isn’t the healthiest age to have kids but it’s also not “too old” and there’s nothing wrong with having kids later in life bc a lot of ppl are successful in doing that and produce healthy kids. I’d rather people be financially able to raise the kids than create problem children who are a net negative for society. Obviously if most households have 2 incomes just to stay afloat women are gonna have kids later than they would otherwise. A lot of ppl aren’t even mature enough emotionally to be parents in their 20s as well and probably feel they’d fuck the kids up. I think that’s just as much of a factor as gestational age. Maybe save the eggs from your 20s tho rather than late 30s or 40s.
