Everybody living in the greater Atlanta’s knows the governments of Fulton & DeKalb counties are corrupt from top to bottom. With a few exceptions, that includes the judiciary in both counties.

I enjoy your content! I don't reside in Georgia; however, I agree with stance at the end. Nothing else should matter more than putting competent, trustworthy, and capable human beings in those positions.

I know this is not your expertise and it’s a stretch, BUT I’m begging you to dive into the DeKalb County school board. 4 superintendents, 3 COOs, 3 CFOs Investigations, a Federal indictment, a Discrimination lawsuit, wait, there’s more... $221.65+ million in flagged financial matters, $1 billion E-SPLOST program found ineffectively managed And now a major facilities/redistricting decision that deserves scrutiny. I am begging you to dive into this.

exactly!, you broke this down incredibly, facts a judge hardly ever goes against another judge. I have witness this personally, and it's sad and disheartening to see. Because what's the purpose of the judges taking a oath of office if they aren't willing to hold thier co-judges accountable

And this is why lawyers don’t make JQC complaints. We worry that it will prejudice the judge against our other clients. We have some major problems in the judiciary, but how can we be vocal about it when we have to go in front of these judges regularly for them to make decisions that deeply impact our clients lives?

Couldn’t the individual ADAs who are witnesses request recusal on each of those cases individually? If I were the DA I’d make sure the the ADA witnesses were in front of her over and over again
