WHAT IS A HEEL SPUR? The best way to QUICKLY RELIEVE PAIN and get rid of discomfort! I want to tell you about a spur now. You all know that a spur is called a protrusion on the heel bone, which supposedly, as our doctors think, causes pain when stepping on the heel. When hypertonicity of the calf muscle occurs, that is, when the calf muscle becomes overloaded and tight, it pulls the heel bone toward itself. And then tension occurs in this plantar tendon. And if this lasts long enough, at the place where the plantar tendon attaches, the bone, this heel bone, begins to grow. This is the very spur. In fact, the growth of this bone does not cause any symptoms. And the pain that bothers people is caused by tension in the plantar tendon itself. And, as we said, the reason for its tension is the tension in the calf muscle. And practice has shown that you can quite easily eliminate all the discomfort associated with a spur, that is, pain in the heel area, simply by relaxing this very calf muscle. That is, if you do a two-minute static stretch for the calf muscle about five times a day, for two minutes each time, then within literally 5–7 days, in a week, you will get rid of this pain. That is, it will quite easily go away; it will disappear immediately after stretching, then appear again after some time, and then after a week, if you do these stretches five times a day, it will go away for good, until you tense your calf muscle again.
