we use an old folgers can for our compost bucket. don't spend money on things! make what you have work for you! incase anyone is needing ideas on a compost bucket or how to reuse more 🫶🏻🤗

Thanks! Love your content and have learned so much from you!! You recently shared your vermaculture bins. I don’t have the space for full blown composting, but I DID put bins in my garden beds, too! But I’m not sure if I’m ever supposed to like… harvest it? Or as the worms break it down does it leech enough through their process that I just don’t worry about it? Help! Lol

I have just one closed bin (looks like a big trash bin with a lid.) Do you have any advice, since I don’t have a “bin B” to transfer it to? Can I just sift out what I can use from my one bin?

About that container. Someone mentioned the cereal Tupperware containers. Seals well, dishwasher safe, little flap hole for adding scraps or whole too comes off.
