Sometimes the fact that West Virginia requires inspections annoys me, but then I remember I grew up in Kentucky, where shit literally fell off people cars because they were junk

This is why at times I wish they had vehicle inspections. BUT I also know it would end up punishing the wrong group, people that create this junk wouldn't take it in for inspections because they know damn well it would fail.
